alt_workshop: International Journalism Workshop

Dutch journalism students from Amsterdam came to alt_lab for International Journalism Event, between 6-10 January and they have worked on their stories about Istanbul and Turkey. Bilgi University is the partner school of Hogeschool van Amsterdam in International Journalism minor, for more than 5 years now. Our students also studied International Journalism in Amsterdam.

Journalism students (24 people) of the Hogeschool van Amsterdam visited our lab in January. The students have different backgrounds, half of the students are from the Netherlands, the other half are journalism students from all over the world.

The students' assignment is to report from Istanbul. The Istanbul stories are published online on their website called the International Angle.
