Agile Project Management; It is a methodology used mostly in the management of software projects. Particularly because it has become very popular in recent years, it is possible for projects to progress step by step with the customer and to allow continuous testing and optimization. It is much more systematic, flexible and faster than the traditional project management method "Waterfall". Agile in itself; It is divided into many different branches such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, but basically the same principles.
